Alex and service dept.awsome team.took bike in for inspection. Gotta phone call they found a nail in. Back tire.so I know they was looking over bike head to toe.of course replaced tire.wanna say thanks for those guys finding it and fixing bike up within a day had me back out on the road safe .

Stranded on highway. Towed bike into the service department within an hour. Driver of truck "Mike" was very helpful, kind and 5 star in my book. My next bike will be purchased from Battlefield HD.

Had both our bikes in for the clutch recall issue. While there, we had them install heated grips on my wife's TriGlide, and replaced a chipped front fender on my Road Glide. Went to pay for service and asked where the original (aftermarket Harley) grips were, and if my BoogieLights could be reinstalled. Todd addressed both concerns the next day! What outstanding customer service! Delivering bikes back to us tomorrow. Todd, Alex and Erik are a great team and communicate well.

On 6/11/2016, we used both parts and service to obtain a stage II boom upgrade to my 2015 Roadglide Special. Both service (Eric) and parts (Todd) were very professional and provided an excellent experience with regards to this upgrade. The stage II system was truly worth the cost and time while making a huge and positive difference to the sound system. They took excellent care of my bike and as a result, I would not hesitate to use them again.

We just bought a bike here. What a pleasant experience and during the purchase we got introduced to every department. The people are genuine and prices were great. Maria sold us the bike and John sales manager was amazing as well. I highly recommend this place. They make you feel like you are part of the family.

I purchased a selection of parts for 2 new Street Glides. The service I received in the dealership and particularly from Ken in the Parts dept was excellent. I had a very warm welcome when I collected the order in person on the 3rd May. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be back for more:)
