Had both our bikes in for the clutch recall issue. While there, we had them install heated grips on my wife's TriGlide, and replaced a chipped front fender on my Road Glide. Went to pay for service and asked where the original (aftermarket Harley) grips were, and if my BoogieLights could be reinstalled. Todd addressed both concerns the next day! What outstanding customer service! Delivering bikes back to us tomorrow. Todd, Alex and Erik are a great team and communicate well.

On 6/11/2016, we used both parts and service to obtain a stage II boom upgrade to my 2015 Roadglide Special. Both service (Eric) and parts (Todd) were very professional and provided an excellent experience with regards to this upgrade. The stage II system was truly worth the cost and time while making a huge and positive difference to the sound system. They took excellent care of my bike and as a result, I would not hesitate to use them again.
